We are based in Los Angeles and primarily serve Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Brentwood, West Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu.
For select projects, we extend our services throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including Venice, Marina del Rey, Century City, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and Encino.
For larger estates, post construction projects, or specialized assignments, we are available beyond these areas upon request. Each project is evaluated individually to ensure we can deliver the level of care and discretion our clients expect.

For recurring services or turnovers, pricing is established once the scope is confirmed and remains consistent as long as the condition and expectations remain aligned.

Post construction cleaning is a refined, multi step process designed to prepare a property for occupancy, photography, or handover.
We begin with a detailed assessment of the space and finishes, removing fine construction dust, residue, labels, and debris using methods appropriate for each material. All surfaces are carefully addressed, including cabinetry, fixtures, interior glass, kitchens, bathrooms, and detailed floor care based on material type.
Our focus is on protecting fragile finishes, preserving design intent, and presenting the property at its highest standard. Final walkthroughs are completed to ensure the space is fully ready, with documentation available upon request.
Each post construction project is customized to the scope, timeline, and expectations of the client.
Yes. We provide turnover and maintenance services for Airbnb and short term, mid term, and longer stay properties.
Our service is tailored to the length of stay and the standards of the home. This may include full turnovers between guests, scheduled mid stay refreshes, and recurring care for extended stays. Each visit is handled with attention to presentation, consistency, and discretion so the property remains in excellent condition at all times.
Mid stay refreshes and periodic deep cleaning are available upon request.
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for luxury residential and commercial properties. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Yes. We provide bilingual communication in English and Spanish for seamless coordination with household staff, property managers, contractors, and clients.
All proposals, documentation, and service communication can be provided in either language to ensure clear communication and complete transparency throughout every project.
For post-construction projects, we recommend booking as soon as your timeline is confirmed to ensure availability around your deadlines.
For vacation rental turnovers, we can often accommodate same-week requests, but recurring clients receive priority scheduling.
For residential deep cleaning, estate care, or move-in/move-out services, contact us 2-3 weeks in advance when possible.
